second week of school, monday.
we had to play 10 stations with our civics class.
there were:
-entangle our hands to form a circle.
-splash water to wet the other group's newspaper-covered person without crossing the lines (i was very wet! but the sun was too hot!)
-collect as much water as possible in a styrofoam box with holes at the sides (we cheated!)
-catapillar walk (which everyone hates! injuries, abrasions, etc.)
-some kind of touch rugby and the opponent had to steal the other's flag (boys from the other group very rough!)
-tug of war (we lose badly!)
-join straws to let a pingpong ball roll down to the end of the steps at the gallery (managed after many tries.)
-form a big circle to guide blind-folded people with hands interlocked to collect alphebeths on the floor to spell 'selfless'.
-find similiar partners by not talking and immitating animals which we were randomly given (i cheated.)
-stand in a line and place our body parts on the other according to the cards we were randomly given (eg. ears-hair-feet-etc.)
at the end of the activities, i had a sunburn on my nose and cheekbone area.
i was totally tired after everything, but they still had CG time.
the sun was so scorching hot until i did not know how to describe it.
the feet hurts, the eyeballs going to pop out kind of thing.
CG time, i remembered that it was boring.
(if not i can already remember what activities we did.)
tuesday...
had some kind of amazing race which did not seemed like a race.
there were 6 stations.
took bus around and walked a lot.
there was a station when i was blindfolded and my partner, who was at a distance, had to guide me to pick things up on the floor.
and i went all the way to the end and almost stepped into a drain.
felt so helpless when i was blind.
there was one station where we had to hold hands and step on the rectangles which were labled with numbers and we were to step on them accordingly from 1-21.
we had to do things like, going under/above people's hands.
other games were interesting, but difficult to explain in words.
but they will be etched in my mind.
then we went back to school and had CG time again.
this time, we played some games, like whacko.
another was to have a partner and was some sort of catching game.
this was really fun and funny.
one of the best part of the day.
wednesday...
went to class with CG tutors to play games and talked about HABITS.
and it was a little boring.
miss ng wanted us to do some angel duno what game, where we had to write our name, sec school, likes, dislikes, birthday, cca , on a paper, and will randomly choose one and be that person's angel for 2 weeks without letting the person know.
after this is the college cheer, college dance, house cheer, house games.
it was fun, but i could not catch up.
especially the college dance and house games.
the house games was very funny, but a bit messy.
i kept forgetting the defences of other groups.
after this, were long long talks which made me and many others in the hall very very tired.
3 long talks, one after another (pe, cca, student council)
each student must run at least 100km each year!
AND MUST RUN AT LEAST A 10KM IN 1H45MIN DURING THE 'WILL RUN'!
and if get a bronze, must retake napfa until get a silver!
hmm, im still pondering on which cca to join.
tomorrow is some scavenger hunt and some other activities.
