6.6 cum 6.5 picnic outing
i was the first to reach kcs at 11.30, and the rules there are getting weirder and weirder.
after a while, changda came, then followed by yichin.
we walked around almost the entire school, and saw teachers in each classroom along the way.
there was once when we were walking pass a P1 or P2 class, and the pupils were queueing up at the door.
a few little boys called yichin and chanda 'uncle'.
haha, so cute and intelligent.
changda saw miss kula too, and she chatted with changda and went for class.
we saw miss tang who was teaching a little student individually in a room.
she saw us and we asked about miss neo's whereabouts.
then yongchuan came along and we went to 3.4, but she was not there.
so instead, we went outside the office and tried to wait for her.
but the rest of them came, so we went to the canteen to eat.
heeai and i went to take a look at some really interesting but lame+unreasonable quizes at a notice board thing.
ha, wanted to show the boys, but forgotten about it.
mr boh came and spoke to us about where we intend to go, and stuff.
then we went up to the office and spy at some people from above. haha.
yichin, yongchuan and changda went to buy snacks and drinks for the picnic.
when they were back, heeai called them up to find miss neo.
miss neo was not wearing nike clothes that day. haha.
she cut her hair shorter too.
she spoke to us about hows life as teachers in a primary school and the smartness of the students nowadays.
she said that they had become bolder and more forgetful in handing in homework (but not excursion consent forms). so cute!
the first thing heezhi said to miss neo when he saw her, was 'miss neo, you look younger!'
haha, how nice of him.
ohya, when speaking about boyfriends to miss neo, if i was not blind, i saw her blushing a little.
wanted to ask her along to the picnic, but she was very busy and stressed.
before departing, some of the 6.6 took a photo with miss neo as we had not seen her for a very long time.
AND SHE STILL REMEMBERS US!
super good memory! if only i can have half of hers.
we took a bus down to botanical garden and found a big land on a not quite gentle slope.
we laid mats and spread out the food.
i was the very first one to open my umbrella even when walking to the place to settle down.
the sun was really scorching when the clouds were blown away.
even worse, the place we laid the mats were not under a shade at all, as they said that there were many ant nests near the trees.
yichin brought frisbee, xinpei brought pack of uno and poker cards, jolie brought 'the strategy game' and monopoly, marvin brought rackets and shutter corks, aretha brought a volley ball, and others brought other games.
really thank you guys to make things happen.
so sorry that i went so unprepared as i had no such games at home.
first main activity on the list was playing captain's ball.
i reluctantly left my umbrella and went to join in the fun.
to my surprise, i voluntarily went to the ball instead of repelling it.
maybe it was because i love playing with them more than those in PE as they were more gentle.
horrid changda was a big fat cheater.
poor jasmine got cheated by him a few times as he horridly convinced her to pass the ball to him when they were NOT of the same teams.
changda even bully people by slamming the ball out of people hands.
i was glad that i got hold of the ball a few times as that NEVER happen to me when i was having PE in school.
after a while, we went back to rest and had water break.
i tried finding shelters under a tree, but there were ants, so jasmine and i went under a tentage nearby to hide from the sun.
after the sun hid behind the clouds, we went back and played 'the strategy game' with marvin and kenneth.
to my surprise, i won thrice in a row, then we joined the rest playing 'truth and dare'.
there was once when changda's dare was to touch a nearby statue's boobs.
yichin's dare was to pose a sexy pose and let us take a picture of it.
kenneth's dare was to dance (ballet and some 'umbrella dance') for us to take a video.
(for some duno what reasons, yichin, heezhi and changda took an umbrella each and danced with him.)
changda's mind was full of dirty minded stuff, so he could only ask dirty minded questions.
how mean was that!
after this, we played a second round of captain's ball.
it was fun, really.
as usual, changda was the cheater.
there were pro players like yongchuan, who could just jump and block the ball.
most of us were like 'whoa!' and 'nice one, man!'.
the rest were all as pro and quick minded, unlike me, slow coach.
there was once when the ball rolled down that slope and dropped inside the swan lake.
fortunately, there was a life buoy there, so aaron used it to save that volley ball.
unfortunately, the string of the life buoy came apart, causing the life buoy to float away.
so heezhi and yongchuan went to inform the people in charge about it.
ohya, i see no swans at all...
what is a swan lake without swans?
maybe they were hiding and sleeping inside that island thingi.
but there were only 2 swans last time, not enough to call it a swan lake. =.=
we took a group photo before jasmine and kenneth left.
there was this dog nearby, and it got along well with strangers.
to my surprise, changda was afraid of dogs. -.-
one of the owner and the dog played hide and seek.
i think that the dog had a weird character.
it laid on the ground for no reason and rolled over quite a few times.
and it just ran away really far, while the owner was hiding behind a bush.
then it came back to find that owner.
it likes strangers' company and did not mind them carry it.
really interesting in a way.
oh, anyway, i played frisbee with heeai, yichin, changda and marvin.
there were twice in a row when the frisbee acted like a boomerang and flew back to where i was standing.
so silly of me la.
then the boys sort of taught me how to throw it.
thank you very much, guys.
then it was time to pack up, clean up, and beat it.
poor yichin had to carry all those left overs of unopened snacks.
oopse, we seemed to forget to return them the money.
then we took a bus to orchard and walked to cineplex for dinner at a korean restraunt.
kimwee came, followed by zhanhao and his friend, dean.
after eating, we were figuring out where to sit and have a heart to heart talk.
yichin suggest there, at the restraunt itself.
but because all of us were seated in separate tables, we would rather talk on our way home.
so we left for toapayoh via mrt.
we all met up at tpy mrt as more than half of them missed the train.
when in the mrt, marvin spoke about his 13 crushes.
when all gathered, some of them went home, while the rest went to the arcade.
i went home as well.
so this marks the end of the combined class outing.
it was really fun.
so fun until even yichin wanted to blog about this asap before he forgets it.
cant wait for heeai to send me the pictures!
and of course i cant wait for her long and detailed post.
unlike mine, so anyhow, and so boring to read.
i wonder when would be the next time i see them again.
the last time i saw them was 2jan.
it seemed ages to me already!
i must be prepared that the next time i see them, may not have so much fun and laughter.
all of them would be burying their genius heads in A level books and stuff.
whereas me, i would just sit there quietly and stare at their deligence in amazement and listen to that pin drop silence.
i really could not think of anyway that im better than them.
not that i really went to think about it, but its just so obvious.
but no matter what, i will still look forward in seeing you people again.
