i went to our organiser's house with some others to play badminton and GHWT.
after we arrived, we went to the badminton/tennis/basketball court (3 in 1).
there were me, heeai, yichin, kimwee, heezhi, jason, clemence.


i played badminton, but it was too windy, so i played basketball after a while.
guess what.
i shoot 2 successful throws in a row at the very first try!
then after a few failure shots, then a third one!
wow, so cool.
then later, i went back to badmiton with heeai.

the wind kept blowing the shutter cork towards the court where yichin, heezhi, kimwee, jason, clemence were playing.
after that, i sat at the side to see heeai play the basketball.
while soon, the rest were tired and they sat on the ground and 'cheer on' heeai.
again, hope that she could faster shoot the ball in at the 2pointer so we could go up to yichin's house to change for lunch.

wearing jeans was sort of part of the dress code for the rock thing, but heeai did not bring a jeans.
yichin said that girls don't wear jeans as they will look like tomboy.
erm, i am a girl, who wore jeans on the spot and still look like a girl.
heeai tried to play 'what i've done' on yichin's piano.

we went around to find place to eat, and we ended up at macs.
the person gave me so much fries, so since kimwee took a fry from me, i asked him to help finish them.
those who bought meal asked heezhi and kimwee helped them too.
on our way back, we saw serene with her mother and sister.
we waved to her and her mother recognised us.
we walked to jason's house downstairs and wait for him while kimwee went back home to pack his things for his penang trip. (tournament there!)
so when jason came and before kimwee left, heeai asked a stranger to help us take a group photo.

we went up to yichin's house and pushed the sofa and coffee table away, getting ready for the rock band.
it did not turn out as we expected as it was quite difficult to create that rock atmosphere.
yichin's brother joined us playing for a while.
we had a fun time until a snap sound came from the drum which clemence was playing.
what happened was that clemence hit so hard until the drumstick the 'stand thing' broke inside the drum.
so yichin dismantled the whole thing to fix that 'stand thing' using glue and masking tape.
there were 19 screws so it was quite troublesome to take them out.
after fixing it back, to make matters worse, the yellow cymbal could not work no matter how hard yichin tried to fix it.
'one wave not rest, another wave came.' (chinese phrase)
yichin was so composed even though that $200+ drum set was spoilt.


so no one had the mood to continue playing.
yichin said that the drum was his favourite.
so we went to the computer to watch the videos which heeai had taken.

it was fun watching ourselves in the video at a third person view.

then later, we discussed about the bbq.

heeai and yichin were calling people whether they were staying or just going for the bbq.

most of the credit goes to everyone except me as i was just sitting there and look at them doing work.
felt so gulity.
after we planned what to order, buy and bring from home.

then we went for dinner.
decided to go long john, but emperor wee did not want fast food.
so he decided foodcourt, which there were too many people.
we went back to long john, but it was closed.
so we went to fork and spoon for dinner.
we ate and chatted along the way then went to NTUC to check the prices for those things needed for the bbq.
after this, we went separate way home.


heeai, thank you for your gifts from taiwan.
i love them! =D
glad that my winter jacket, scarf and gloves came in handy.
