yesterday too tired, so did not write what happened during the organ exam.
maybe i was too scared in the morning until used up all the energy.
i want to write what happened yesterday, as remembrance, mainly the organ exam part. =D
i woke up and it was 9.45, while the reporting time for the exam is 11.07.
so mum and i waited for taxi, thinking i might me late.
when we reached thomson plaza, mum bought some cute bread thing for me to eat.
she also bought sweets for me to put in my mouth. (its said that sweets calm me down, not so mervous.)
everytime i eat, i pop 2 sweets in my mouth. =.=''
i went to register, then after a long while, i saw my friend coming out of the room after her 5mins of preparation of improvisation.
i waved at her. =)
after her is a boy, he went into the 'impro room', after 5mins, he came out, while my friend had gone in to the exam room.
then after a while, the girl called me to go into the 'impro room'.
hah, i walked till the door, then remembered that i had to bring my bag in so that i could refer to the chords.
lol, so embarrassing as everyone who was sitted along the corridor was looking at me. =.=''
so i went to take my bag loh.
when i enter the room, the girl handed me a score that i had to improvise.
it was a C minor.
chords were C minor, F minor, G7. double dominant is D7.
lol, duno right or not. shld be correct la. =D
then yea, i was refering to the notes that my organ teacher gave us.
hmm, time signature is a 4/4, so its not that bad la.
the 5mins seemed like eternity.
there were 4 rows, i used the double dominant at the 3rd row, 3rd bar, then followed by a G7.
then at last, 5mins gone, the girl came in and call me.
i went back to where mum was sitting.
i took out the notes that my organ teacher gave us and tried to revise the C minor again.
then i wait, and wait, and wait.
i also ate, and ate, and ate the sweets. =P
at last, my friend came out.
i heard her saying to her mother,'die, die, die, die, die...'
and i took a glance at her, she cried a little bit.
on her way out, she walked past me, and said,'the hearing very difficult, very very difficult...'
then her mum said,'don't scare her la, should say easy.'
then they left.
i waited, i ate, i waited, i ate...
after what it seemed like eternity, the boy came out and my name was called.
its time to enter the exam room.
there were 2 examiners, one boy one girl.
there were 2 organs, one El 100, one El 900.
i choose the El 100.
when i entered, they were like saying,' 6B, 6B, 6B...' and looking so 'active'. =.=''
i was thinking 'yea, i am taking grade 6, course B, don nid so big reaction bah..'
FYI, my organ teacher said that they had raise the standard for grade 6, course B. and the passing rate for students taking grade 6, course B is, 30%. means that in 10 students, only 3 pass, 7 failed.
so if i pass, its a miracle.=D
i handed over my arrangement and the paper that is used for them to grade me.
the boy examiner handed me the improvisation score, and said that behind is the sight reading score.
they sat behind me at a table with papers spreaded over it.
they were whispering almost all the time. >.<>.<>
